The Rio Grande Soaring Association's effort to preserve access to Mt. Riley

Here are the documents the RGSA submitted to the Senate sponsors of bill S.1689 (now S.1024) to make the area around Mt. Riley and the East Potrillo Mountains a Federal Wilderness Area.

Here is the PROPOSAL to retain vehicular access to the base of Mt. Riley.
