Flyable when winds are from the SW only.

This is our "bunny hill" for first time pilots and beginners. The LZ is huge and unobstructed.  It faces SW with about a 75' rise. Perfect for practicing forward inflations. Kilbourne is more fun but it's a long drive to get the pilot in the LZ and then back to launch.  We share this with off-road people so it's torn up and there is trash.  We clear and clean when we go out there -- a slow process.  This is BLM land so pilots can camp here if they wish.  Services are nearby on the Interstate highway.  Contact us or the RGSA for directions to this site.
